The Annex, which is a block west of the new shelter has also been renovated and houses animals needing medical care or other special attention.  The public can visit the Annex to look for animals to adopt howeve before you can visit the Annex please go to the South Los Angeles Shelter to inquire. This shelter is filled with companion animals who desperately need safe and loving homes, fosters and volunteers.
